Sellers are selling these products for huge profits at the expense of unsuspecting buyers. UA items are very similar to the official products–they’re may be instances of excessive glue, wrong stiching, wrong boxes etc… We want to be upfront and honest about the product we are connecting you to and if you don’t think this is for you do us both a favor and shop elsewhere so we can avoid future issues.

Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 7 - 20 business days.
How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 3 business days.

Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.
What does “UA” stand for?
UA” stands for “Unauthorized Authentic”. The whole concept of UA (unauthorized authentic) is that a single factory would produce a few thousand of the product and the factory is in charge of the entire process, A-Z of producing the product. For example if Nike were to place an order of 10,000 items, majority of the time the factory would overproduce and come out with something like 15,000 items. The extra numbers are there because some items may not make it pass the Quality Control process. Once Nike has inspected them and approved 10,000 items the factories are then required to burn the rest. Of course, this doesn’t happen lol so the factory would sell it to company like us so you guys can benefit from the low price as well. That’s why its called ‘’unauthorized’’ authentic.
Is this fake product?
There are mixed opinions the answer to this question. But, we can assure you that these are not like your typical replicas products. Replicas are made in an entirely different part of China with different materials and lower quality control. Some people call UA “fake” because they were not officialy released by the company. Some people say they are real because they are the same shoes with the same materials made in the same factories. It is up to YOU to decide.

Personalized or customized items have been created specifically for you and you alone so we can not accept returns, unless there is a quality issue. With that being said, I'd prefer to have happy customers, so please contact me :-)
If we have made an error in your customization and or in the product we will ship a replacement out immediately.
If there is an issue with the product itself, please contact us within 1 month and we will replace it. We stand behind all of our products and again prefer to have customers happy!
We are not responsible for your spelling errors. All orders are immediately sent a receipt upon purchase which shows your spelling so please check your receipt!
RETURNS for Non Personalized Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition, which is not able to be resold is not eligible for return.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For items that you wish to return that were non-customized, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Do not return Personalized items without prior consent. We typically do not request the return of items where we made the error, so please donate them to a clothing bank of your choice. If we have made an error and request the item back we will let you know and pay for the shipping. Items returned to us without prior consent will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
